We looked at a house in Mulvane that Ms. Unless had on the market. She assumed that we were going to use her as our realtor despite us already having an agreement with another realtor from the area. When we submitted an offer through our realtor she was unnecessarily rude and made statements like our offer was absurd and that any inspections would have to be her contacts and no repairs unless deemed a safety concern would even be considered. Not sure if she even took the offer to the sellers before making all of these claims. Will not consider looking at any house where she is the seller's agent. 2023
