Jimmy Byrd did a fantastic job selling my home in South Florida. He was extremely responsive and quickly replied to our many questions and requests. We live out of state and with COVID restrictions, we had to do everything remotely. Jimmy made the process incredibly easy. He knows the market and does his research. He also went above and beyond the duties of a realtor. While on the market, we had several vendors and contractors doing work on the house and he acted as our on-the-ground representative, keeping an eye on the work to make sure everything met our standard and price, and keeping the neighbors happy. Jimmy is one of most pleasant, yet savvy people I have met in the real estate business and I would entrust my business to him anytime.
