I bought a home from Shane Elmore that he personally lived in. He did some renovations on the home that were poorly done and it appeared many corners were cut. The work was not well done in my opinion. He then charged top dollar for this home as if it were professionally remodeled and Im the sucker that bought it. He also was a pain to deal with. His sign and lockbox were not removed in a timely fashion from the home either. I would not recommend Shane Elmore as a real estate agent.
