We bought a flipped home from Ben Carter in March 2023. The house had sat for over 100 days on the market and he wanted closing done in 3 weeks only to find out he was leaving on vacation on our closing date and was unreachable with last minute concerns.
We are still waiting for a screen door to be fixed that was in the contract. He refuses to respond to our calls about the main shower leaking due to poor grouting as well as our second bath starting to have the same issue.
If I could give 0 stars I easily would. Save yourself the headache of working with this agent. My agent scheduled a showing at one of his properties and he failed to inform the sellers we were even coming. One of the home owners was still asleep in bed when we arrived. Very unprofessional and horrible communication. 2023
This person was terrible. He tried to break contract by not providing his bank code to our bank. We were waiting in the rain with all of our stuff from Texas for him to hand over the keys to our realtor for 4 hours. This evil weasel wanted to break contract so he can make an additional 15k on the property given his text to our realtor. We will be reporting his business to the BBB and the FTC for bad faith. 2022
