We decided to sell our house in Topeka four month ago after renting the house for the last 5 years. Terrible experience in Topeka renting this property. It cost us a lot of money every time someone moved out. Our kids went to college there, college and law school. Raul was excellent!! Before actually deciding to call him we were working with another real estate agent for a while. It was our first time actually working with a real estate agent . So I assumed that it was ok for my former agent to keep cancelling my appointments to view homes and when when we finally decided to put an offer on a house we would have to meet with her 2 days after and with our busy schedule it was hard so we missed on some houses. Finally I decided to look for someone else. Therefore contacted Raul on a late Saturday and he was able to meet with us on Monday and late time too! I was amaze that we were able to write an offer that same day since we had met late to view houses we didn't finish around almost 9:30 pm but that didn't bother him.
