I owned an investment property that I really needed to sell. I'd tried two other times with another realtor. Gary got me an offer within 6 weeks of my initial call with him for more than what I thought I could get for it. Gary, Beverley, and Mikahla Shook are AWESOME realtors. Gary assisted me with buying my first house ever and then the team helped me sell the same house 8yrs later after I remodeled it.
