Joseph did an outstanding job for us in listing and selling our home. I could not believe the traffic he drove to our home during the winter months of December and January. We were having 4-6 showings a week during the supposedly slow months . Joseph and his team were proactive in marketing our home .When we did get an offer Joseph did a masterful job negotiating and brought a subpar initial offer up to a fair and acceptable offer. After the offer and acceptance Joseph and his team were with us every step of the way and offered guidance and support through a long and difficult close. i have never used a realtor for anything and have always been a for sale by owner guy on the other houses i sold. Not anymore. I would HIGHLY recommend Joseph to anyone who is wanting to sell or buy a home in Northwest Arkansas. He is the Best!
