Jim was our 3rd realtor ..... And let me tell you--- when you work with previous realtors that aren't knowledgeable in the field, then don't expect to sell your home any time soon. You need a person who knows what they are doing, who is familiar with the areas, who has experience in the field, and who provides timely responses via text or email. Ultimately, you need a guy like Jim who wants to work for YOU! Jim was with us 100% of the way. There wasn't a question he couldn't answer. He's not only professional, but he's the kind of guy who encourages you along the way that things will be okay. Jim, thank you a thousand times again!!!! :)
