We were expecting the search for a home to take months. But, with Loris guidance, we found a home straight out of a fairy tale the first weekend of looking. We put together a really solid offer, but we happened to be outbid by the smallest of margins. This is where Loris experience really played in. She made us memorable by giving the sellers and their agent a sense of who we are as people and about how we have a child and wanted to stay in whatever home we ended up buying for the long haul and were willing to put the time and effort into caring for a historic home the way it deserved. The first offer fell through for reasons that are entirely responsibility of the person making that offer. I was a first-time home-buyer and am so thankful for having Lori make an otherwise overwhelming process feel so easy.
