She was patient and flexible while I was deployed and my wife was trying to look at homes that would be perfect for us. She took extra time to video chat with me and record house tours when I wasn't available. She did all this while answering all our questions, giving us good advice, and finding homes that met our needs.

Michelle has been there every step of the way. She has always answered every call or email no matter what time of day or night it was. Her professionalism, mentorship, knowledge, honesty, and hard work ethic are much respected and appreciated. I never felt that she was just trying to sell us a house, but that she was a mentor to answer our questions and help us to make the best decision for our family.
