Jen went above and beyond, in every single way. I was first introduced to her by a contractor, so she could provide as estimate of the ROI on upgrades we were planning. She came with a list of comps, comprehensive market analysis, and convinced us to reduce our list of upgrades, and saved us a bunch of money. She expertly staged the house after we moved cross country, brought in a photographer and got the house a lot of publicity. Unfortunately the market went down, and the house was on the market longer than expected. Jen persisted with a lot of open houses, adjusted the thermostat as we moved into winter, and when we had some issues come up during inspection, found a local repair person to make the repairs and kept things moving along. We are under contract now, and expect to close soon, and I cannot recommend Jen enough. She was fabulous and the best person to work with.
