My home purchase in Indiana wasn't my first. I've purchased and sold a few over the years, but Rhonda is, by far, the most professional realtor I've ever worked with. She goes much further than the proverbial "extra mile" for a prospective buyer! Because I was traveling from out of state--across the country, in fact--with 2 dogs, in order to check out houses in Richmond, IN, Rhonda helped arrange a comfortable place for me to stay while I was in town. I won't go into all the details of what she did for me and my pups, because I'd never want to commit her to doing that again, but WOW. She sold me on this place!! If I could've afforded it, I'd have purchased more than one home, in fact. Rhonda's not pushy, but she's right on top of every single question or concern, and knows how to promote the positive aspects of this area like the long-term resident and highly professional realtor she is.
