Jude McConnell, a real estate agent with Hey Jude LLC, is apparently guilty of real estate FRAUD, based on the information a real estate Attorney told me. McConnell apparently LIED when he said the property was worth much less than what it was actually worth, then bought it himself, doing a few repairs, and sold it for a huge profit. This type of action is illegal according to the Kentucky Real Estate Commission and KRS 324.160.
