After my parents died unexpectedly, Diane handled the sale of our their home and personal property for us. We live out of state, which complicated the situation even further. Diane went far, far above what is expected of a real estate agent. She communicated with us daily about each step of the process in the sale of the home and the personal property auction. Diane was an expert, offering thoughtful advice while still being empathetic about our grieving process. She was meticulously organized, well connected, and informed. There was nothing Diane wasn't willing to do to make the transactions--from the sale of the home to the auction, which involved furniture, an RV, farm equipment, hunting supplies, etc.--as painless as possible for us. She even helped when probate and family matters were problematic.
