I highly recommend Jesse Jean. Jesse was a true partner in my home-buying and -selling activities. He first helped me find the perfect new home, which was no easy feat given my list of requirements (e.g., land, out in the country so I could see all the starsBUT still also have super-fast internet service!). He was always available to offer honest advice and visit potential properties, sometimes more than once. I really appreciated his construction background, as he was able to point out potential concerns for me to take into consideration that I otherwise would have missed. When we found the one, he thoroughly researched the market to ensure my offer was fair but also in line with comparable properties.
Jesse also sold my previous home for over list even as the market was starting to turn. He was thoughtful about how my property was positioned for sale, which I am sure helped secure a good offer. I also drew on his construction background for this, as he helped me with contractors to do a refresh of the property.
Though I know Jesse had many other clients, he always made me feel like I was most important and was never imposing on his time. Plus, hes just a lot of fun! I would not hesitate to work with Jesse again.
