My husband and I had the pleasure, and the privilege, of working with Janet and Bill during our ridiculously long (two year) search for the perfect home. We both feel quite certain, had we simply stuck with them, we would have saved us thousands of dollars and been spared a lot of the white hair that came from all the frustration and worry we experienced in the end.
But because of (my) impatience we changed agents just before the home we finally purchased came on the market. Knowing it would have multiple offers we went without an inspection, which per our agent gave us a better chance of the offer being accepted. We would later learn there were signs throughout the home (like sections of peeling paint) an experienced realtor should have known were indications of termites. Long story short the back side of the home was infested. T other issues with the home included multiple plumbing issues and leaks in the roof.
Lets face it not all realtors are created equal. And not all feel the need to protect their clients the way Janet does. In hindsight, Id say most (or at least most of the ones we worked with) do not.
Janet isnt just a top notch agent, when it comes to people, shes just plain good, and you can rest assured shes got your back!
