5 Star Review!! Rushel was our broker for our home sale. Though we have sold many homes over the years, this was the highest valued one to date. Rushel helped us price the home, secure stunning photos for the listing, and she worked tirelessly and enthusiastically to promote it. Her excitement for our home was contagious and we ended up with not just one, or two, but three official offers, and in a short time frame! The buyer's lender hired an appraiser who made serious mistakes. His errors could have derailed the transaction but we were able to see Rushel's skills shine as she righted the ship. In the end, we closed by the deadline, and we are super happy with how it all finished. Rushel is passionate about real estate, knows her stuff, puts in the extra effort, and is a kind and wonderful person to boot. Out of the 10 or so realtors we have worked with over the years, she is our favorite!
