My sister died without a will. Carol helped me find an attorney, clean out the mess left behind by my sister at her house (she was senile and a hoarder), find contractors to do necessary repairs, handle the delivery and installation of all new appliances for the kitchen, and get the remainder of junk hauled away. With this particular purchase, the area we were looking to buy in had limited inventory and she went above and beyond by calling FSBO's, expired and withdrawn listings in the area and sending out letters to homeownwer's in the neighborhoods were liked to see if anyone was interested in selling. She also was an expert in the area and was able to show us homes in neighborhoods we had not considered that expanded our search.
