Right from the beginning Kim was awesome to work with! I dont know what kind of an operation this company is running but Kim is the 4th realtor from this office that Ive interacted with and by far the worst. She earns that designation handily for producing a buyer for our property using some pretty sketchy practices. First and foremost, she lied to our listing agent about the buyer having a pre-approval when they submitted an offer. He did not. She entered fabricated loan information on a contract. She clearly pushed the buyer hard and us as well, giving us less than 24 hours to respond and subsequently making the buyer uncomfortable enough to bail on our contract a day and a half later siting an interest rate change he couldnt afford. No one walks away from buying a house over a difference of a few dollars a month. A signed contract means exactly nothing to buyers and agents these days so why bother. This agent apparently feels its perfectly professional to jack people around who are just trying to sell a property, wasting their time and interrupting other potential selling opportunities. Weve had enough seriously horrible experiences with the people working in that office that its time to file an official complaint with the Maine Realtors Association. 2018
