I was overwhelmed with the care of my wife...having to enroll her in medicare...getting the house ready to sell...then having to get the new house ready for Carol to live in...coupled with my own personal struggles with how to do what needed to be done... on top of that, the minimal budget, the location she had to work with, and the type of house we were looking for....a VERY challenging situation for any realtor.
