Ivie was a godsend. First she dealt with me going back and forth over houses I wasn't sure of, then showing us houses to finding that "dream home" within our price range. Everything went well until the end and she went up to bat for us and got the wrinkles ironed out quickly and effectively. She's aggressive when need be, yet stays professional and always responsive. I couldn't have done this without her and my lending team. I would suggest Ivie to anyone who wants to buy or sell their home, she will do everything she possibly can. She emailed, texted me and called me when it was appropriate. She was quick to show me the houses I wanted. I will use Ivie again if needed and MOST DEFINITELY RECOMMEND Ivie!!!
