Having moved over 10 times, you might say, we've seen them all. We have had excellent realtors in various parts of the country but never a Listing Agent like Kristin. From the first introduction to the close, she conducted herself with the utmost of professionalism and exhibited a high level of expertise in all matters. During the early stage, while we evaluated our demographic area's "top listing agents", Kristin was prepared and presented us with the most compelling case. Her listing price recommendation came in at the mid-point of an array of agents - those who threw out a high number without data to support them and those who touted their "less-than-30 day close rate / sale-price-to-list-price ratio" and were much too low in their recommendation. Kristin's professionally prepared marketing plan was specific to our house and was data driven.
