I met Joe Iannacone playing Pickleball on Wilmington Island (let me warn you in advance you want him on your team on his good day!) I didn't know what Joe did for his occupation but I mentioned to a group of regular players that I was looking for a "good" agent to help me move on in my next phase of life. Joe was there for both me and Amy every step of the way. He cut right through to the heart of the matter on any questions or concerns I had and told me exactly what I needed to do in the moment. He assessed the market accurately as backed up by a competing agent that was vying to sell the property. I now consider Joe both a friend (when he's not on the opposite side of the Pickleball court) and a business partner. I recommend him without reserve and hope to have the opportunity to do business with him again in the future. Though he may be a transplant, consider that an asset because he can navigate both the North and the South with all their respective issues. Thank You Joe Iannacone!
