I wrote a contract on her listing, wrote a $5k em check, accepted the counter offer from her sellers through my realtor, went to bed thinking I was under contract only to wake up the next day to another counter based on an offer 24 hours AFTER mine was accepted. She ghosted my realtor after she said she would email the final contract, and had NO REMORSE over what she ALLOWED her seller to try to get away with. She was actually hard to communicate with through the whole process. There was an offer that mine was accepted over and I am curious as to how they felt THEY were treated when told they were rejected. I would never recommend working with Daphne, as a matter of fact, I would quite loudly recommend that any dealings on her listing be dealt with through her broker.or just RUN. This market has bred some unethical realtors and I would put her in that category. This review is by a buyer but also by a person who OWNED a mortgage company and dealt with realtors regularly. I know of what I speak.
