Wow, where do I begin? James Ferguson is a top notch Realtor! As a first time home buyer, doing it all on my own, to say I was overwhelmed is a understatement! Each time I felt stressed and/or confused, James was right there to walk me through whatever step of the home buying process we were at, calm me down, and make sure everything worked out in my favor! Never once did I feel like he was just after a paycheck or commission; I always knew he only had my best interest at heart!
He really came through on the inspection part! Things I really wanted fixed, that the seller was not willing to fix at first... well James took care of that!
Even after settlement, he was responsive to answer a question I had... and to once again calm me down!
James is extremely knowledgeable in the field of real estate. He is a "people person" and always there for his clients! If you want to make this stressful process FUN, this is your guy!
