We've worked with Robin on several other property purchases and sales and have always found that she communicates as much information as possible with us so that we can make informed decisions. She's also always been helpful when we had questions about staging, pricing, etc.
If I could give Excellent ++ I would. Robin was so helpful in getting our home sold. We'd moved out of state so our home was empty when it went on the market. Robing would communicate with us when showings were scheduled and with feedback from prospective buyers. After receiving an offer, Robin was great at communicating with us what was needed to proceed to closing. We then experienced a water issue a couple of weeks prior to closing so it be came a stressful situation all the way around. Robin went above and beyond in helping to evaluate the issue from going to the home to get us photos of damage and staying while contractors entered the home for repairs. She was also good at communicating the processes needed for us to continue to move to closing, inlcuding extensions/agreements, etc.
Again, if I could give Excellent ++ I would absolutely do so. Robin was exceptionally good at communications, knowledge, understanding, patient, etc.
We would absolutely recommend Robin to any of our friends because of her knowledge, experience, patience and above all communication with us during the whole process. We are admittedly a bit high maintenance in that we expect a lot from any realtor we work with and Robin did not dissapoint. She was able to meet our high demands which makes her an excellent realtor!
