Working with Dave Ahrens in the selling of my home of 21 years was easy and comfortable. We had the pleasure of working with Dave Ahrens to find and purchase a home. We started looking at homes at the beginning of November with the hope of finding a place to move into by sometime in December.

We were impressed with his ability to work with our deadline. He used his resources and expertise to find us some excellent options. Once we found a place that met all our criteria, Dave communicated with us exceptionally well throughout the buying process. He took time to answer any and all of our questions as quickly as possible. He also provided great advice on how best to proceed in different situations as we prepared to close on the home. With Dave's help, we were able to purchase a home and complete the closing process by mid-December.
