I honestly can't say enough good things about Shawn - as first time homebuyers we had SO many questions, wanted to see every house under the sun, and were really worried of being taken advantage of. Shawn made herself completely available to us at our every convenience, despite her crazy busy schedule, meeting us before and after hours to accommodate our schedules and showed us every single home we wanted to see. She was so knowledgeable and so helpful - even talking us out of homes she didn't think were the best fit for us. Shawn was extremely helpful and amazing. She was always available no matter how early or late I emailed , texted or called shed respond to me immediately. She knew what we were looking for and took all of our wants and needs into consideration before showing us homes and was always honest about every home, she made sure we knew every detail about the home before making an offer , she helped us with finding a good lender when our first one was doing a bad job and made our house search process longer but Shawn stood by our side and helped us with every step.
