Valerie was excellent in the sell of our house. She responded to all my calls and texts promptly. After my wife and I were put in a tough situation with renters walking away from our rental property, we decided to sell, and Valerie was beyond exceptional in her services. She was aggressive but at the same time listened to our requests. (starting price, lowering price, offers that we did get) There is no way I would not use Valerie in the future if the situation arose for us to buy or sell another house.
