I'm sorry this has taken me so long to respond to your request. My first thought the sale of my house was how quickly it happened. My second /thought was did I price it too low.??? As soon as the house sold my communication with Brad seemed to stop. The majority of the sale was in someone else's hands. I recently sold an out of state property and was looking to re-invest in Prescott.
