Dee Dee out performed All of my expectations and fulfilled a few that I didnt even know that I had. Her attention to detail is amazing and it made me feel confident that I was in good hands. DeeDee is great all around. What stands out the most is that she emphasized over and over that this decision was up to us and she was only going to do what we were comfortable with. We never felt pressured, but she was always available when we needed her. This was especially impressive since we had to go under contract for two different properties (first one fell through due to low appraisal) in order to ultimately buy our house. She basically did everything for us twice and never complained once.
DeeDee gave us piece of mind in the midst of selling our home. She made sure to keep in constant communication with us and informed us when certain papers had to be reviewed and signed or if some issue had come up. I know people think "Oh, I don't want to pay a realtor commission to sell my home." I think prior to working with DeeDee I probably uttered that same sentiment, but with having full time jobs, it would have been difficult for my husband and me to make the house available to potential buyers and to work on the paperwork, etc.
Without hesitation I would recommend DeeDee Wilson to my friends and family. She is a kind, professional, and knowledgeable agent. She really seemed to have our best interest at heart; she was organized and always on top of things. She made the selling of our home as stress free as possible.
By far, Ms. Wilson went above and beyond the "call of duty" as she found properties and arranged for showings. We wanted to see every home that was for sale in the greater metro Atlanta area (and even some that we just wished were for sale). So, at our request, DeeDee showed us homes in Lilburn, Smoke Rise, Lawrenceville, Loganville, Split Silk, Social Circle, Dacula, Buford, Grayson, etc ... but I digress. The point is that DeeDee was willing and able to "go the distance." We asked to see more properties than any realtor needed to show us. She did not dump us clients. When we suggested that we were horrible clients, she always responded professionally. When we asked DeeDee to submit bids, she followed our directions to the tee. When we found our dream home in Grayson, a bid was promptly submitted but the owner selected an all cash offer. We were devastated, but DeeDee stuck with us, and continued to follow the purchasing process. When the all cash offer fell through, our previous offer was resubmitted and accepted. That could have been the end of the story. But it isn't ... The negotiations, the inspections, the re-negotiations, the walk throughs, etc. all benefited from DeeDee's experience, knowledge, and expertise in home purchasing. As difficult as we were as clients, the seller was even more difficult. However, DeeDee dealt with the homeowner's realtor with the utmost professionalism.
After closing, DeeDee continued to help us, which demonstrates how truly exceptional she is. We are now happily settling into the new home. Perhaps it goes without saying that we would utilize Ms. Wilson in any other home buying/selling endeavors. But, we'll say it anyway, she is a wonderful realtor and person and anyone would be lucky to have her as their agent! 2018
