She was amazing from the start. Professional but still felt like we were old friends. She knew the market so unbelievably well, especially considering the current climate in real estate. She basically answered 24/7. She was also actively looking for us. Not just sending listing and fielding our calls. The home we ended up in, my wife and I didn't even see. Sarah called and said pack up right now, you need to meet me at this house asap. Boom, we put an offer that night. It wasn't luck or a good guess, She listened. She even talked us out of other interests we had and always with thorough reasoning. When it came time to negotiate, she let us know politely, if we were being over aggressive or not aggressive enough with our offer in a manner that was informative but still left us in charge of what we did and how.
