We had a contract within 18 days from the time the home went live and had 16 showings within that period. Courtney also helped my wife and I settle on our new home which was no small task either. There were many moving parts in the whole sale and purchase and through it all , Courtney took plenty of time to walk us through and constantly provided feedback and follow up.
