Where to I even begin to explain my words of disappointment. After reading good reviews I had high hopes for this not so great place. After seeing about 6 or 7 homes I felt as a veteran they were not knowledgeable enough or representing me good as a client. I started doing more research and decided I wanted to work with a veteran agent who could really understand what I've sacrificed and honor my VA requirements and keep them in mind when looking for a home. I communicated this with my realtor and our discolored agreement was held against me. They made it for a whole year. I asked nicely to be released from the agreement so I could work with a realtor that would be a better fit for me and you know what good Ole Tammy jo told me? I refuse to release you from the agreement because then I will loose out on the commission. Her exact words after this were" I don't make salary or hourly like you do, I don't get paid until I close on a house, so after we showed you 17 homes and we still haven't gotten paid I'm not just going to release you to another agent and lose my chance to earn off of the commision" this agent does not care about my needs or my dream to buy a home, she cares about the paycheck. She said she would gladly LET me (as if I need to ask permission) to work with another agent as long as she received 50 percent split commission with another agent. I couldn't find an agent who was willing to split the commission with another agent especially when they are the ones closing on the house with me. So now I have decided to let my dream of buying a house go until our agreement is up in a year. Because I refuse to use myself as a human pawn in their greedy game of real estate and make them any amount of money using my name. I even emailed their broker and they did absolutely nothing. Keller williams is a disgrace to all veterans and they are u patriotic. All they want is to use us for our money. And move along to the next schmuck they trick into signing an agreement that they can't get out of. I highly recommend to avoid keller williams reality at all costs. Do your despatch INTERVIEW the whole office and ask them how they are going to represent you and work for you. You can hire them but apparently can't fire them without paying a fee. You have been warned. Don't let the good reviews Fool you, once you work with them, their is NO changing your mind. You're locked in with their oh so "wonderful" services for a year. And no realtor will take on a client while only making a 50 percent commission so you really will hurt yourself in the long run. Please learn from my mistake, pick another realtor office to go with that isn't keller williams. 2022
They are the best, and most helpful I have ever worked with. The best because they understand the avg people buying and selling homes can't be bothered at work from 9am-5pm and were more than happy to call after hours from 5pm-9pm.. for me the paperwork was a pain and they helped me figure out what all had to be filled out and turned backed into the bank. Oh, and they text. They understand texts can be read when i have a min vs a call i cant answer. Thanks for all the help 2021
