I start off writing this review of Renee Georgi knowing full well that I will likely encounter some word or character limit before I can adequately express how pleased my wife and I were to have worked with Renee.
Renee first helped us in 2018, when we decided to leave rural Sarver in search of a new home in the general vicinity of the north hills. Though we were primarily relocating due to proximity to work, my wife and I were each *very* specific in our expectations for our new home. After meeting with Renee, our search began!
Over the course of the next nine months, we scrutinized *many* hundreds of candidate listings online, and visited well over a hundred properties in person. It was a stressful time for my wife and I, as we struggled to find a home that was agreeable to both of us and met all of our needs. Let me be clear: we were *very* picky. At several points, it seemed that every listing that we were interested in would go off the market within a few days of initial listing, and before we could arrange to go visit, no matter how quickly we were able to schedule a visit. However, Renee made the process enjoyable and never displayed any frustration or impatience as we ruled out listing after listing, despite the duration of our search, and gradual refinement of our search criteria (which happened several times!). She quickly became so in tune with our tastes and expectations that she would rapidly and accurately assess whether a property that we were visiting was one that we were interested in pursuing, even before either of us would utter a word.
When we finally found our new home, Renees talents as a skilled negotiator and mediator became even more apparent, as we worked through the process of putting together an offer, considered counter-offers, and eventually addressed and negotiated away the applicable contingencies. Closing was a stress-free event, which I could never previously have imagined myself saying.
When it came time to list our former home, neither of us had any doubt whatsoever that Renee was best suited to help us. Renee proved more than up to the task and continued to impress us with her highly skilled representation and advocacy. Renee worked hard to market the house properly and search for prospective buyers. Yet again, her professionalism and sage advice on dealing with various offers was evident, and there was never any doubt whatsoever that she always held our best interests at heart. We were pleased with the outcome, and Renees guidance through all steps along the way was truly invaluable.
Renee is a wise, experienced and consummate professional who works tirelessly on behalf of those she represents. She has a discerning eye, and is extremely detail-oriented. You could not ask for better representation in any and all real estate transactions!

Renee is awesome! In the summer of 2018, I was selling my house in the South Hills of Pittsburgh, and wanting to buy a Townhouse in the North Hills of Pittsburgh. For me this was going to be stressful, but Renee helped me every step of the way to make it less stressful. She listed my house on a Thursday, and by Saturday & Sunday we had offers. Renee explained the offer process to me and we chose a buyer. There were some issues that came up at the home inspection. Renee went out of her way to resolve these issues. Her knowledge and experience, along with so many resources and support amazed me!
Renee's next challenge was finding me a townhouse somewhat fast, and within my approved dollar amount. She set me up with a website that had my perimeters so I would get notifications on townhouses. We looked at some townhouses but there was nothing that was a fit for me. I finally received notification of a townhouse in the Mews of Town North. We looked at it, put in an offer, and I got the townhouse! Once again, Renee worked her magic to make sure this purchase would not be a stressful one for me. I can't thank Renee enough for helping me get through the selling and buying process. Renee truly cares about her clients! She has such a great personality and her integrity are what make her a wonderful agent, and the best in the real estate business!
