Anne did an exceptional job selling our home. It was certainly not a typical sale, given the epidemic and the nature of the housing market in 2021/22. Although we had accepted an offer from buyers for our home, we could not close a deal on purchasing a home in New Jersey. Anne artfully negotiated - on multiple occasions - with buyers' agent so that we were able to continue looking for a home while the buyers waited for us. However, it took us almost 18 months to have an offer accepted and satisfactory home inspections so that we could purchase a home. These first buyers waited for us for several months but finally had to move on. Anne provided valuable insight as to steps we could take to once again secure a buyer, even though we still needed the contingency of securing a home to buy. It was decided that we would remove our home from the market for a few months, attend to items that had come up in the home inspection, redo landscaping for a new season, have new listing photos taken and our home was put back on the market. We have had a great experience working with Anne selling two homes and purchasing one home.
