I met Sheila and her amazing crew, in 2012, she was Moms realtor when she sold her home. In 2018 my Dad passed away so I called her to see if she could give a courtesy estimate of his home. Which she did for us without hesitation. We had renters for 6 years then decided to sell. I called her to set up an appointment to see the house and get a current appraisal, she met with me the next day. I had a lot of work to do to get it ready for sale. Chrissie was incredible throughout the entire process. She constantly went above and beyond to make sure that we found the place that we would be calling Home. We required a little extra TLC as we were buying from out of state, needed to do a 30 day escrow, and were going for a VA loan. Not to mention the house that we were really in love with had been on the market for quite some time, and was incredibly unique with an airstrip, and manufactured home. All things that should have made the purchase impossible when dealing with the VA. She worked hard to make sure that we were well represented at all steps in the process and was always there to calm my nerves when I was ready to jump.
