Sherri set to work immediately on pulling houses and visiting new builds, design centers and more traditional listings. When we had a hard time getting in to see what we already predicted was our dream home, she made it happen. Working her extensive connections and ensuring we were there opening night. It made all the difference in the world as the bids on the home were multiple. But with Sherri's guidance we came in with the a strong offer and were first.
She has guided us through the rest of the tedious process diligently, often going to bat for us and helping us achieve our goals. She also helped with a top-notch inspector and got multiple bids on repairs. She also has an extensive network of subcontractors which made the repair quotes "game" easier to manage.
I can't rave enough about Sherri. She is thoughtful, caring, tenacious, thorough, helpful, available, knowledgeable, and all the things you would want your realtor to be. Her years of experience shine in the quality of her work.
Sherri goes way above the call of duty providing help, attending the signing, going to design centers, and so much more. I refer her to anyone who will listen. She is just fantastic!
