Troy was approachable, proactive and responsive. He was on top of the industry with his knowledge so he seemed a little "pushy" but really wasn't. Troy was accommodating to our desire to list for 2 months rather than 6 months and the house sold in 5 weeks! Over all our experience was almost stress free. 2020
Troy was spot on regarding the listing price for the market conditions in the area. Since I have lived out of the area for several years, I was surprised (pleasantly so) by the value the area has commanded. Troy understood my situation and stepped in to help facilitate things I could not do, i.e., coordinate companies to complete the conditional requirements from the buyers, made periodic house visits to ensure all was in good order, informed me if something at the house wasn't functioning properly, etc. The engagement paperwork was minimal and pricing straight forward.
