Keith Bratton was helpful and cooperative. He listened to our requests and worked diligently to find us a house that would meet our needs and stay within our budget. Even when we decided that we weren't ready to purchase a house in the fall and wanted to wait until spring to try again, he was understanding and didn't try to talk us out of it (other than informing us that the house we were most interested in might sell during that time). Of course, we understood and were willing to take that chance. He was always available when we called and answered all questions.
