Making the decision to sell our father's home, after 9 years of his passing, was difficult. The property was in a Trust with my sister and I as Trustees. Jim was sensitive to the nature of the sale. Being out of state, when it became time to sell our investment/rental home, we needed a hands-on Real Estate agent. The house needed a lot of work. Jim had many contacts with painters, window replacement contractors, cleaners, yard maintenance, etc. He was able to schedule all repairs in a timely manner. and prices were reasonable.
