We worked with Jon Bell on the purchase of a lot and potential new build. He is the most dishonest, unethical agent with significant conflicts of interest and constantly hiding details. He even stooped to using profanity around my family and children. Given all of his business interests he cannot possibly represent a buyer or seller and put their interests first. Stay far away and work with someone else. I filed an official complaint with the state of MD and his employer Railey Realty.
