Theyre really arent words to express how amazing Ms.Nikki is. She really was ALWAYS professional but felt like family. Nikki went above and beyond when helping us purchase our first home. Our situation was a bit different because it was right at the start of the pandemic AND we were 5 hours away in a completely other State.
She was patient and understanding as we searched we were not in a hurry to buy and we were willing to wait it out until the right one came up. When there was a potential home she did a walk-thru and sent us a video with an honest opinion (at the time tours were not allowed due to the virus).
