We sought to purchase a home and made a offer listed by Amy. We opened with list price and stated we were open to counter offers. Amy was slow to respond, in fact we tried to alter our offer and she wasnt willing to accept any changes. She accepted another bid without giving us an opportunity to counter. If I was selling my houses, I would not use Amy. She cost her client thousands of dollars in our situation.
