Nancy is diligent in her work. She makes sure that everything is in order, so that the transaction can be finalized up to the closing. She kept me informed everyday of what needed to be done in solving problems that may arise and she offers possible solutions to make sure that the problems are solved successfully. She is a great real estate agent and patient.
