We recently transitioned to the area from out of state, and as such did not know a lot about the area and its real estate market, but Kathy did a great job with talking us through it and showing us properties that were within the budget and constraints we gave her. Kathy was also patient with how many homes we looked through, and how long we took to find the right home, which was great because we never felt pressured into anything at any time.
Kathy was great at communication, both during our search and once the negotiation process began. She was always in touch with any updates or changes, and promptly communicated with the selling agents and lending company.
I have nothing but great things to say about our experience, and would recommend her to anybody.
