I would highly recommend Mr. O. Kheir for the Daytona Beach market. In our specific situation, we were in search of an ocean front condo between Ormond beach and Ponce Inlet. Not only did O. Kheir have detailed knowledge of the surrounding areas, in most cases, he was able to provide specific details to the internal floor plans, builder, amenities as well as nearby attractions. The intimate knowledge made the entire experience more effective, efficient and simply fantastic. He always made himself available, accommodated last minute showings and was extremely responsive on all communications. Simply went above and beyond when it came to customer service. When it came to negotiations, that same knowledge benefited us in negotiations and closing the deal. We ended up purchasing in Ponce Inlet and absolutely love place.
