If relocating to State College from out of town, there is nobody I would recommend more than Lara and her fantastic team. We have been through out of state moves several times, but never before with this level of service.
Lara really got to know our specific requirements and offered spot-on recommendations. The pandemic placed real-estate in Pennsylvania on hold, but she was in constant contact with us and her network and ultimately found us a house that met all of our requirements before it even hit the market.
We really felt like we had a major advantage, getting her insight on houses (including detailed knowledge of their renovations over the years!) before they hit the market. We would have photos and video tours, often days or weeks before they even hit the listing sites. That is even if the house made it to the listing site!
Lara and her team coordinated with all of our inspectors and contractors and handled estimates with a hands-on approach well beyond what we have experienced in the past. They met with everyone and were our eyes and ears when we couldn't be there in person.
