Bought a house with Molly during the height of the COVID19 pandemic. On top of the pandemic, there was an extreme shortage of properties on the market. I'm still amazed at how well Molly and her team handled it. It's important to note that we were first time buyers, so we had millions of questions which she answered without a problem. I was a first time seller and buyer. I had no idea what to expect. The first meeting I had with Molly, she was very, well prepared. She went through every step of selling a house. She had run a comparison of houses in my area similar to mine that were for sale and how much the houses were appraised for and how much they sold for and from that, estimated how much she thought I could get. She explained to me the steps in selling and buying a home. We never had a conversation without her saying "how do you feel, do you have any concerns?"
