He got a feel for the type of home we were looking for and had a binder with sheets of the homes we would be looking at along with an area map of where they were located. Christian did all the research for us making our time together so much more productive.

As a newly relocated family from out East, our expertise and understanding of the Phoenix real estate marketplace was limited. Christian's expertise combined with his willingness to listen to us was exemplary. We also found that he wanted us to find our perfect home AND not the home that he wanted for us - which is sometimes the case with realtors! nHis responsiveness to our timing needs working with us long days/ weekends and even picking us up at the airport showed his commitment to us. nFinally, as the home purchased was negotiated and completed, Christian presence and knowledge of the process was ever present and well appreciated. nI can not recommend him higher especially for individuals who may be relocating to Phoenix! 2016
